It's the 1820s and they are the elite guard of the West African kingdom of Dahomey, tasked with keeping their kingdom safe from rivle clans and European slave traders.

Mary is an award-winning, Cowichan and mixed settler descent, filmmaker, actor, who is paving the way for Indigi-queer content creation.
