Its that time of year again, where we pick our favourite films . We took a bit of a break in order to put this show together and to make sure we cover all the basis we brought on two amazing guests with our good friend media critic Heidy Morales and podcaster Kelly McNeely.
So sit back, relax and listen to us chat about our top five flicks of the year. We also get into Tarantino vs people who can actually act and did any of us see the biggest film of the season Avatar: Fire and Ash?
Heidy Morales is the founder of Hye’s Musings, an alternative media website covering film, theatre, along with other arts and culture features. She is also a programmer with the Blood In The Snow Film Festival, and a Rotten Tomatoes approved film reviewer.
Born in Guatemala, Heidy now resides in Toronto, Canada where she has been supporting and discussing the film scene locally and abroad for 15 years.
Kelly (Kells) McNeely is a co-host of multiple podcast as well as Black Fawn Distro’s YouTube channel, she has written extensively for iHorror.com —and has published articles for Modern Horrors, 1428 Elm, Salem Horror Fest, CGMagazine, and Grim Magazine. For creepy crafts and cocktails (and lots of dog & cat pics), you can track her down on Instagram
She talks fast and drinks often, and is mostly harmless. Mostly.
